Founded in 1979, Cast Products is a third-generation, family-owned aluminum casting and manufacturing company based in North Alabama. What began as a small pattern shop in 1979 has evolved into a vertically integrated operation producing over 40,000 components each week for OEM customers across diverse industrial markets. With more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 230+ skilled employees, we bring together state-of-the-art sand casting, engineering and pattern shop operations, CNC machining, and finishing capabilities at one fully integrated manufacturing facility.

Today, we focus on partnering with customers early in the design process to deliver engineered aluminum solutions that improve performance, reduce total cost, and simplify supply chains. Our continued investment in foundry automation, machining technology, and process control allows us to support both complex, high-mix programs and scalable production volumes.
