Finishing Capabilities
Finishing Capabilities
Surface finish requirements vary widely depending on the application and performance expectations of the final product. Our team removes gates, runners, flash, and other casting remnants before applying finishing processes designed to achieve the required appearance, surface texture, and durability. By maintaining these capabilities in-house, we ensure consistent quality and reliable results across a wide range of customer requirements.
Our stainless steel tumble blasting process removes residual sand and casting contaminants while creating a uniform, consistent surface texture across the entire casting. The process helps conceal minor grinding marks and variations in the as-cast surface, resulting in a clean, matte finish that is well-suited for industrial and functional applications

Vibratory finishing utilizes stainless steel media to remove residual sand, deburr castings, and improve overall surface appearance. The process produces a brighter, smoother finish than traditional shot blasting while softening edges and enhancing surface consistency. While vibratory finishing improves cosmetic appearance, underlying grinding marks and blend areas may still remain visible.

Our polishing process utilizes skilled grinding, buffing, and polishing techniques to create smooth, highly reflective surfaces on appearance-critical components. Capable of producing a bright, mirror-like finish commonly found on emergency vehicle lighting housings, trim components, and other appearance-critical products, this process is ideal when premium aesthetics are required.

Powder coating provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish available in virtually any color, gloss level, or texture combination. Applied and cured under controlled conditions, powder coating enhances both appearance and long-term durability while providing excellent resistance to chipping, weathering, and everyday wear.
