Chris Hughes serves as a Design Engineer at Cast Products, Inc., bringing approximately 15 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering across CNC machining, tooling, product design, foundry operations, automotive, and heavy equipment manufacturing. His expertise includes SolidWorks, CNC/CAM programming, design for manufacturability, tooling and fixture design, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, Chris enjoys hands-on projects, 3D printing, laser engraving, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife and three children.
